Description
This CMMG Dissent 6.5" 9mm AR pistol is built in-house by Brute Dynamics on a CMMG MK4 lower receiver and set up for California under the Single Shot Exemption (SSE). The Dissent upper is CMMG’s side-charging design, with a forward charging handle that stays put when the gun cycles and a full-length top rail for optics and lights.
Running CMMG’s Radial Delayed Blowback 9mm system, it shoots softer and flatter than a typical blowback pistol-caliber AR, and the 6.5" barrel keeps it extremely compact. It is fitted with the Juggernaut Tactical Hellfighter fixed-magazine kit and transfers as a single-shot pistol under California’s Single Shot Exemption, so it does not need to be on the California handgun roster.
